This is Marla, she is the executive director of a multinational enterprise, and is a business lady. There are far too few women leaders in business and politics. Women often have an unusually good intuition, and women are innately strong in empathy. I'm not saying that there aren't Ironwomen who are cold as steel, but in general the world would be better off with more women in leadership positions. This is what I mean as someone with long experience in politics and business. Girl Power is a great thing. We need more gender equality in the world. Agree?
